August 20 - Leaving Raphael with Mike in LA

Sorry, people. This picture gave me the laughs. Not that I hate Mike (I don’t. He’s Hilary’s boyfriend, so I’m supposed to like him… (not in a ~forced~ way)) but he looks… surprised, and I like making non sensible poems.

Anyhow, turns out the ‘engagement rumors’ are completely false. (HAH, in yo faces paparazzi! They went as far as asking Hilary ‘how’s the wedding going?’) Hilary’s ring from the day the rumors spread, is different from the one she wears today. So, they’re not ready to tie the knot. Hilary’s new album is a ‘Best Of’ compilation.

I don’t know how I feel. Excited? Upset? Indifferent?

I just don’t like this idea. A ‘Best Of’ album? Again. She’ll look like a joke in the music industry after this comes out, or as soon as everybody finds out about this. But let’s not care anymore. Hilary’s doing this to leave her terrible record label, Hollywood Records! That’s just what I’m happy about… oh, and I’m quite happy about the 2 new songs, as well. But that’s all. Oh, well. At least we’re finally gonna hear Hilary’s voice again after a long time (disregarding the Disney Mobile jingles.)

‘Best of Hilary Duff’ is going to come out on September 23rd, 2008. Support! Buy a copy. (Pretty please with a cherry on top) We don’t want a flop for Hilary.

Sadly, a video haven’t been shot yet according to a few sources. And a radio premiere isn’t planned either. Let’s keep our fingers crossed… if that’ll work.

What are you holding, Hilary?
It’s the script for ‘Reach Out.’ That’s really great. I’m glad this single is finally getting some progress after the numerous cancellations and push-backs. And yes, we can confirm that it’s the script for ‘Reach Out.’ Zoom in to the picture and you’ll see it. [view the zoomed image] Hopefully, the video is shot in 2 weeks, and will premiere in September. If not, I’ll wait. If still not, Hollywood Records is the one to blame for the 127351834th time. Great! But the script is a sign that it’s coming really close.

Hold your chin. Shocking news for Hilary’s new album.

Actually, it’s not that shocking but it’s rather annoying and horrible.

MOST WANTED ALL OVER AGAIN.

Yep, you’ve read it right. You probably get the idea now. Hilary’s next ‘album’ will be a ‘Best of Hilary Duff’ kind of compilation. I don’t want to say one more word of how I don’t like the idea. We, fans, have been waiting for a new album for over a year, and we’ll get a song compilation, again? We want a full-length album. And what’s so terrible is, there’s only 2 new songs. Must be ‘Reach Out’ and another track.
What the heck. Hopefully this is a terrible bad rumor from an official source. Let’s hope so.

Let’s make the first indiscretions for the next Hilary’s album that will be a “Best Of” and it is scheduled for September, unpublished songs should be two .. continue to visit the site for more News.

Explore the site, because they have new movie stills!

‘Wow’ to both the site and the progress of the movie.
The site is seriously amazing. It shows us that the movie - despite being an indie film - isn’t like a typical low-budgeted independent film. Just looking at the site, for some reason, it looks like the film will be amazing.
The progress and status of this film is also a ‘Wow’ factor. It’s slowly making it’s way already. I think by next month, we’ll have a trailer and hopefully a movie poster as well.

Keep checking back to Greta’s official site, because they’ll probably put up a trailer and a movie poster soon!

Hilary, Mike and 2 other party pals partied to the ‘max-illa‘ on July 5th. I wonder where they were on the 4th of July? Didn’t they go out or something? Anyways, Mike is sick of paparazzi. [picture above] But how many paparazzi were there? One? Wow, Mr. Paparazzo, you better stop if you don’t want Mike to punch you like he does at his hockey games! *wink wink* And Hilary looks great! She wore short shorts, and dark clothes.

Hilary was spotted grocery shopping in Toluca Lake. And guess what? She’s not wearing scarves anymore! She didn’t wear a scarf the next day either. These were from July 2. She’s probably preparing for a July 4th celebration. Aww, no more beach parties, Hil? =( Hope you had a great July 4th, Hil.

Also, I hope the Americans had a great 4th of July.

Hilary can’t look any more worried yesterday, June 3 when she visited the Santa Monica, California Animal Hospital. I really hope one of her pets are fine. Because on the picture above, she looks like she’s about to cry — but she didn’t. Or maybe she went there to adopt yet another pet! But I don’t get what’s up with the sad faces, if that’s the case.

Her mom, Susan and another relative went with her, and Hilary brought her new purse for everyone to see! Oh, and not to forget — Hilary looks absolutely amazing this day. Putting aside that she’s upset.

Hilary posted a new blog entry at her official-blog-at-the-official-fanclub-at-the-official-site. [Wow.] It’s from June 26. Getting kinda late around here! And sorry about that.

Today I am at the dentist! Not fun! LA is hot, hot, hot! I’ve been home doing things around my house! It’s been nice to kind of go through all the stuff I have accumulated over the past years of my life on tour. Haven’t had a chance to get rid of things I don’t want anymore!!! I feel like a total pack rat!! Hehe. After this week I should be finished. I bet my head will feel clear and my home will be organized! A few nights ago my friend invited Mike and I to go watch the Groundlings, it’s a comedian and actors work studio. It was really funny! And two nights ago the director of Safety Glass invited me to the premiere of The Wackness, which was great. I filmed with Josh Peck and Olivia Thirlby in Safety Glass so it was so nice to see all of them and catch up.
